What specifically is included in an air conditioner maintenance service?
An AC service by Fix It With Us follows a comprehensive 14-point process, including full assessment, disinfection, troubleshooting, and resolution. Under your annual contract, all AC issues are fully covered, with no hassle.”
What isn't included in an AC service?
Replacement of parts is not included under your annual contract and will be charged separately. Fix It With Us provides a 12-month warranty on all supplied parts, sourced exclusively from reputable manufacturers. Duct and coil cleaning or maintenance is also not covered under your annual contract but is available at a 20% discount.”
Why isn't duct and coil cleaning included in the contract?
Are all plumbing and electrical issues covered with no exceptions?
Yes, our team will provide full troubleshooting and resolution for any plumbing or electrical faults that occur during the year. You will only be responsible for the cost of part replacements if needed, all of which are covered under warranty by Fix It With Us. Please note that faults external to your property’s plumbing or electrical systems—such as underground leaks or issues related to neighboring properties—are not covered under the contract.
Are there any other costs I need to know about?
As a non-emergency service, water tank cleaning is charged separately, with a 25% discount applied. Handyman tasks, including shelving, furniture assembly, and decorating, are also chargeable separately—though the call-out fee is waived, saving you AED 100 on every job we complete.

What happens if I have an Emergency Overnight?
Fix It With Us has a dedicated call centre staffed 24/7. In the event of an emergency, our technicians will arrive within 90 minutes, anytime day or night.
What happens if I move or need to cancel my contract?
If you move, you will not be penalised. The remaining pro-rata value of your old contract can be applied toward a new 12-month contract at your new property. Should you wish to cancel your contract, a pro-rata refund will be issued, less a 25% retainer to cover initial costs for customer care, labour, and materials. You will receive 75% of the remaining contract value as a refund.
