Faced with the ongoing challenge of finding a reliable and high-quality maintenance service in Dubai, Colin Thomas and Dan Garner recognised a growing need shared by many residents and businesses. In 2019, the two British expats founded Fix It With Us with a clear mission: to deliver a dependable, professional, and cost-effective property maintenance service across Dubai.
Driven by their own frustrations with unreliable technicians, poor workmanship, and unnecessary repeat visits, they set out to create a company that would do things differently. From the beginning, Fix It With Us was built on exceptional customer service and consistently high standards of workmanship. By appointing well-trained, knowledgeable technicians, the company focuses on identifying the root cause of issues and delivering accurate, long-term solutions—rather than temporary fixes.

In 2018, a new branch of the business was launched: Essential Maintenance Annual Contracts. Drawing on years of experience supporting customers across Dubai, Colin and Dan developed straightforward annual maintenance packages designed to cover the essentials.
